Job Overview

Key Job Responsibilities

As an Associate in this role, you will:

• Watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers and understand them thoroughly
• Use human judgement combined with tools to indicate the activity captured in the video
• Verify or mark the location of products through a tool while maintaining the highest level of accuracy
• Perform precise and thorough video/image audits with high accuracy and speed to aid defect reduction
• Watch several hundred videos in a shift and respond to goals on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity), and acceptable practices
• Take breaks at pre-defined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours per day is spent answering videos

What the Candidate Is Expected to Demonstrate

• Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for contract duration of 6 months
• Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs
• Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct responses (requires high attention & focus on screen)
• Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity
• Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams, and be an exceptionally good team player
• Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for associates working from home)
• Willingness to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings

• Dedicated workspace: table, chair, and sufficient lighting
• Workspace/work-related data shouldn’t be accessed by anyone other than the employee

About the Team

The Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities with the goal of enabling hands-free active stowing through visual audits on videos/images.

• Videos (typically 15–20 seconds) are sent to the Operations Team for humans to audit them with information on products being stored at fulfillment centers
• These audited videos increase the effectiveness of automated processes
• This process helps maintain stow quality at fulfillment centers
• Associates will be further evaluated for performance improvements/coaching

One of the key contributions of this team is supporting fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy.
