Assistant Engineer Mechanical Cut Off Marks
Cut off mark is the minimum mark set by the Kerala Public Service Commission for the candidates to be considered for any given post under the Kerala government. This will not be a constant for all the exams conducted by the commission.
The cut-off marks for the exam will be determined by the following factors :
- Difficulty of the question paper
- The number of candidates appearing for the exam
- The number of vacancies
The cut off will also be determined on the basis of categories like backward classes, scheduled class, scheduled tribe and general.
Kerala PSC usually announces the cut off along with the announcement of the results or just right before it in the official website of the commission. Once the exam is over and the results announced, candidates securing high ranks will be considered for the next round of selection process. The cut off for this year has not been announced yet. Once it is done, the pdf format can be downloaded from the official website. Once the official announcement is made, you can also be notified through Entri.
