Management Trainees (MT) are to be taken into Grade/Scale Junior Management as Deputy Manager after 1 year of effective training. They will receive a stipend of INR 55,000/-. And they have to work on a personal bond of INR 3 Lakhs for one year after the date of joining the institution as a Management trainee and for a minimum of 5years after getting to the position of Deputy Manager.
