The Export-Important (EXIM) Bank of India has issued a recruitment notification for the post of Management Trainees (MT). The EXIM Bank is a crucial financial institution that functions in promoting India’s international trade with its network of offices in India and overseas. A total of 50 vacancies were released under this EXIM Bank Management Trainee Recruitment 2024.
Aspirants who possess proficiency in the use of computers and information technology with excellent communication skills satisfying the prescribed eligibility criteria can apply for these vacancies via online mode. The Management Trainees (MT) will be absorbed as Deputy Manager(DM), after successful completion of training of 1 year in the Bank. The finally selected aspirants will be entitled to a stipend of INR. 65,000/- during the traineeship.
These selected individuals will have to execute a personal bond for ₹ 3 lakh to serve the Bank for one year as MT from the date of joining the Bank and a minimum of 5 years as DM.

Salary
Management trainees will be appointed as Deputy Managers in the Junior Management JM-I Grade/Scale on successful completion of one year training in the Bank. They shall receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000 during the period of training. On appointment, the salary scale for Deputy Managers JM-I will be ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 with IBA 12th Bipartite Settlement Advances.
