Kerala Public Service Commision (PSC) has now made it compulsory that candidates use the one time registration feature to apply for PSC exams.Using the one time registration details, candidates can apply for various government posts and PSC exams and get details related to the exams including the results and admit card download. All candidates registering for the psc exams for the first time, will have to follow the sign up procedure to set up their profile. Using the credentials created during the time of sign up, candidates can login to the portal and apply for various posts and exams.
Documents required for one time registration
- Photograph : A passport size photo with 150 x 200 pixels with maximum size of 30 Kb. Applicant name and date of photo taken must be printed in black color text with white rectangular background at the bottom of the Photograph.
- Scanned image of candidate’s signature : Signature should be given on white paper with blue/black ink. The file should be of jpg format with maximum size of 30Kb and of 150W x 100H pixels.
- Identification documents : Carry any one of the identification proof (voters ID, passport, pan card etc.)
Procedure for One time registration

- Log on to the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in
- Select the one time registration option available on the home page.
- Candidates applying for the first time can use the “sign up” option and candidates who have already registered can login with their credentials.
- Those who are signing up in the portal should give their details and upload the above mentioned documents.
- After completion of the sign up procedure, candidates can set up their username and password which will serve as their login credentials.
- Candidates can then login to their newly setup account.
- In case you forgot your password or username, you can send an SMS to 537252.
- To know UserID, send KPSC <space> USR
- To reset password, send KPSC <space> RST <space> UserID <space> DOB ( date of birth of the candidate.)
