The application period starts on 30th December 2025 and the last date for receipt of applications is 4th February 2026 (Wednesday) up to 12 midnight. Kerala PSC BevCo LDC Vacancy 2026 – Anticipated

The Kerala PSC BevCo Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Recruitment 2026 has anticipated vacancies, with three (03) seats specifically set apart for Differently Abled (DA) candidates—1 for Low Vision and 2 for Hearing Impairment. In the absence of eligible candidates from these DA categories, the vacancies may be filled from other DA categories or the General Category, according to the ranked list published in response to this notification.

4% of the total vacancies are reserved for eligible DA candidates as per G.O.(Rt) No.136/2025/SJD dated 06.06.2025. The ranked list prepared by the Commission will remain valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years, and candidates will be advised against vacancies reported during this period. The Commission also reserves the right to cancel any appointment made in error, with termination of service to occur within the probation period or 240 days from joining, whichever is earlier.

Kerala PSC BevCo LDC Eligibility Criteria 2026 – Age & Qualification

1. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment

2. Educational Qualification:

• SSLC or its equivalent from a recognized board/institution.
• Qualifications recognized as equivalent or higher by government orders or accepted by the Commission are also valid. Certificates of such equivalence must be produced when required.

3. Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 36 years, i.e., born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates inclusive).

• Age Relaxation:

  • Other Backward Communities (OBC) and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

  • Provisional hands working in Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited are eligible for age relaxation up to 5 years beyond the upper age limit, provided they were within the prescribed age at their first appointment and were not regular employees. A certificate proving provisional service is required.

  • Regular employees of the concern are not eligible for this concession.

Kerala PSC BevCo LDC Selection Process 2026 – Stages

The selection of candidates will be based on the following stages:

1. Written/OMR/Online Test:

   • Candidates must submit confirmation to appear for the test through their One Time Registration (OTR) profiles.

   • Only those who confirm will be eligible to generate and download Admission Tickets, available in the last 15 days before the test date.

   • Failure to submit confirmation within the stipulated period will result in absolute rejection of the application.

   • Dates for confirmation submission and ticket availability will be published in the Examination Calendar and notified via candidates’ OTR profiles and registered mobile numbers.

2. Document Verification (DV):

   • Shortlisted candidates from the written/online test will be called for document verification to confirm eligibility, qualifications, and other requirements.

3. Interview:

   • Depending on the post and requirement, candidates may also be called for an interview as part of the final selection.

Additional Notes:

• Certain general conditions such as sub-paras (v), (viii), (ix), (x), (xi), (xiii) & (xiv) of Paragraph 2 and Para 6 are not applicable for this post.
• Appointment is subject to the rules and regulations of Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited, including the applicable probation period.

• One Time Registration (OTR):

  • Candidates must register on the Kerala PSC official website: www.keralapsc.gov.in through the One Time Registration (OTR) system before applying.

  • Those who have already registered can log in using their User ID and Password.

• Applying for the Post:

  • After logging in, candidates must click the ‘Apply Now’ button under the respective post notification link.

  • Candidates creating a profile afresh must upload a recent photograph (taken within six months) with their name and date printed at the bottom.

  • Once uploaded, the photograph remains valid for 10 years if it meets all requirements.

• Application Details:

  • No application fee is required.

  • Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of personal information and the secrecy of their password.

  • Ensure all information is correct before final submission, as applications cannot be deleted or altered after submission.

  • It is advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the submitted application for future reference. Printouts can be taken from ‘My Applications’ in the profile.

• Documents and Verification:

  • If there is a difference in caste/community between the application and SSLC record, a Gazette notification along with relevant certificates must be submitted during verification.

  • Candidates must follow all instructions in the General Conditions of the notification. Non-compliance may lead to rejection of the application.

  • Any bogus claims regarding qualification, experience, or other details may result in disqualification, debarment, disciplinary action, or even criminal proceedings, as per Rule 22 of the Kerala PSC Rules of Procedure.

Kerala PSC BevCo Lower Division Clerk Salary 2026 – Pay Scale

The selected candidates for the BevCo Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post in Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited will receive a pay scale of ₹9,190 – ₹15,780 per month. In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to government allowances and perks as per the rules applicable to the Corporation, including benefits like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and other statutory allowances.
