Kerala PSC Clerk Rank List 2025: Instructions to Candidates
The Kerala PSC Clerk Rank List 2025 has been published, and candidates are advised to go through the following key points carefully:
Validity of the Rank List
The ranked list will remain in effect for one year from the date of finalization, i.e., till 04.12.2025. Appointments from the list will be based on vacancy reports received during this period. However, inclusion in the list does not guarantee appointment, as it depends on the number of available vacancies.
Rechecking of Answer Scripts
- Revaluation is not permitted.
- Rechecking is allowed upon request through the candidate’s One Time Registration profile.
- A fee of ₹85 must be paid online.
- Apply within 15 days from the date of publication, i.e., on or before 19.06.2025.
Request for OMR Answer Sheet Copy
- Candidates can request a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B).
- Apply online via the OTR profile by paying a fee of ₹335.
- Requests through email/post/direct submission will not be accepted.
- Copies of invalidated OMRs will not be issued.
- Correction of Community Details
If any community details are incorrectly entered in the rank list, candidates must notify the Deputy Secretary (Exams-I), Kerala PSC within one month from the publication date to ensure proper reservation benefits.
Relinquishment Process
Candidates who wish to give up their claim for appointment should:
- Use the prescribed format (available on the official website).
- Submit the form with a notarized affidavit, self-attested ID proof, and attestation by a Gazetted Officer.
- Send it to the Secretary, KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004 within 15 days of the rank list publication.
OMR Script Destruction
All Part A & B of OMR answer scripts will be destroyed after 6 months, i.e., on 04.12.2025.
