The Kerala Public Service Commission released the provisional list of selected candidates for the Havildar post for the year 2023 on October 14, 2023. The shortlist can be downloaded in PDF format from the official website of the Kerala PSC. Only candidates who appeared in the OMR exam for the mentioned post on May 03, 2023, can check their results. You can visit the official website of Kerala PSC @https://www.keralapsc.gov.in/ or log in to the PSC Thulasi profile to receive personalized results. The list includes the names of 85 candidates who received the highest marks in the OMR Examination. All eligible candidates who attended the OMR Test have been included in the shortlist. Kerala PSC Havildar Shortlist 2023: Instructions to Candidates
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- The list has been prepared by including all the eligible candidates who have attended the OMR Test.
- The Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test as specified in the Gazette Notification and One Time Verification will be conducted before the publication of the Ranked List. Date,Time and Venue of Physical Measurement,Physical Efficiency Test and Certificate Verification will be intimated through profile message and SMS in due course.The candidates should download their Admission Tickets for Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test from the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in of KPSC and appear in person with their original ID Proof and Medical Certificate in the prescribed format.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post. Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 03.05.2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List.
- Candidates included in the Short List are required to produce Community Certificate in form III or digitally signed by the Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildhar at the time of OTR Verification.
- No Candidates are invalidated as per Invalidation Notification No:ER I(3)3224/2023/EW Dated 21.09.2023.
