It is important to note that according to the current procedure, answer scripts cannot be revalued. However, after the publication of the Ranked List, answer scripts are allowed to be rechecked. A detailed set of instructions regarding this process will be published in the Ranked List. If you are interested in obtaining a copy of your answer script from the OMR Test held on 02-08-2023, you may apply for it by paying the prescribed fee after the Ranked List is approved. Candidates whose Register Numbers have been invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No: ER XVI(3)4442/23/EW dated 13/12/2023.

Kerala PSC Lower Division Clerk Shortlist 2024: Instructions to Candidates

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
• The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured 23.67 and above marks in the OMR Test.
• 16 (sixteen) candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR Examination are included in the Probability List.
• Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person with the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
• According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked  List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
• Candidates included in the Probability List are required produce original documents of SSLC Book, Aadhaar, Degree Certificate with mark lists, Service certificate (as per the format published in the Notification from Head of Office/Department) at the time of Certificate Verification.
• Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 17/06/2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No : ER IV (2) 3950/23/EW dated 23/09/2023. No candidates is invalidated for the above mentioned post.
