The Pre-primary institutions are bridges between household and a school-based atmosphere. Pre Primary Teacher Qualification

• Age Limit: Candidates age shall be between 18 years -40 years only are eligible to apply for this post.
  Other Backward Communities (OBC) and SC/ ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxations according to the government norms.

Education Qualifications

• A pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examination, Kerala or its equivalent.
• A Certificate of successful completion of Nursery Training issued by the Kerala Government or the former Travancore – Cochin Government or the former Travancore or Cochin Government. OR
• Nursery Training Certificate issued by the Indian State Council for Child Welfare. OR
• Balasevika Training Certificate issued by the State Council for Child Welfare. OR
• Pre-Primary Teachers Training Certificate issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.
  PSC will give Preference to TTC or TSLC holders with any of the above qualifications.
