Educational Qualification

• All the aspirants applying for this post must have passed SSLC or any equivalent qualification.

Points to be Noted

• KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a(ii) in the notification PDF is applicable. In addition to the qualifications listed, any qualifications recognized as equivalent by executive or standing orders of the Government, as well as those requiring a lower qualification, are also acceptable. Candidates must provide copies of Government orders declaring equivalent or higher qualifications when requested by the Commission.

Age Limit

• For Gen. Candidates: 18- 36 years
• For OBC Candidates: 18- 39 Years
• Only candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post. Other Backward communities, SC/ST ,widow candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation

Points to be Noted

• Single Ranked List
  Only one ranked list will be published for a post, and candidates can apply with just one application.
• Advising Process
  Candidates will be advised for vacancies based on the order of reporting from departments and their secured ranks, following reservation rules.
• Turn Over
  Once advised for a department, a candidate’s turn is over, and they cannot claim further appointments from the ranked list in other departments.
• Re-registration
  Candidates appointed in a department but later relieved for lack of vacancies can re-register at the Kerala Public Service Commission office for future vacancies.
• Seniority Determination
  Seniority for reappointed candidates is based on the date of their first effective advice, counting prior service toward probation.
• No Re-registration for Parent Department
  For reappointment within the same department, no re-registration is needed, but candidates must wait for a vacancy.
• No Claim to Initial Appointment
  Candidates have no right to claim initial appointments in specific departments.
