The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result of the Combined Graduate Level Examination or CGL 2020. Candidates can check and download their results from the official website ssc.nic.in.
A total of 7108 candidates have been selected for the various positions notified in SSC CGL 2020 examination. The cut offs for the various posts have also been released. The Computer Proficiency Test and Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) were qualifying in nature and candidates who were not able to secure the required cut off were not considered for the final selection.
Candidates can go to the result tab on ssc.nic.in to view the list of selected candidates. They can also download the result notification from the commission’s website, or check it below.
Based on merit-cum-preference of posts at the time of document verification, a total of 7108 candidates have been provisionally recommended for appointment.
The commission said in the event of ties in scores of candidates in tier 1+2+3 exams, merit has been decided using the following method:
(i) Total marks of relevant papers in Tier-II Examination.
(ii) Total marks in Tier-III Examination.
(iii) Date of birth, with older candidate placed higher.
(iv) Alphabetical order in which the names of the candidates appear.
Detailed marks of the selected and non-selected candidates will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on November 18. This facility will be available till December 2. Candidates may check their individual’s marks by using their Registered ID and password.

- The SSC CGL final result merit list will appear on screen
- Download and check.
