How to Check UPSC NDA Result 2024?

As per the latest official information, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the result of the UPSC NDA 1 2024. The above said recruitment drive was conducted by the SSB or the Services Selection Board, in order to recruit appropriate candidates to various posts. These job positions includes Army, navy and Air Force wings of the National Defense Academy (NDA). Further, this belongs to the 149th course of NDA as well as 111th batch of Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC). Candidates who have qualified the written exam will appear for the interview to be conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) .

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission @upsc.gov.in or click on the NDA result link mentioned above.
Step 2: On the home page, navigate to the “Written Results”
Step 3: It will redirect you to the new page, click on “Examination Written Results”
Step 4: Now, Click on the “National Defence Academy 1 2024” link
Step 5: The result PDF of NDA 1 will open
Step 6: Now, use Ctrl+F and enter your Registration Number/ Roll No to check your name in the list.

What Next after UPSC NDA 1 Result?
The candidates whose roll numbers are displayed in the result pdf are eligible to appear for the interview round which will be conducted by Service Selection Board (SSB). The commission will be soon releasing the dates and venues for the interview round. The qualified candidates have to register themselves online on joinindianarmy.nic.in within two weeks of the announcement of the written result. The candidates have to submit their original certificates of age and educational qualification to their respective Service Selection Boards (SSBs) during the SSB interview. The mark-sheets of the candidates will be uploaded on www.upsc.gov.in within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result.
NDA 2 notification 2024 will be released on May 15, 2024. The application form will be available from May 15 to June 4, 2024. NDA 2 2024 exam will be conducted on September 1, 2024. NDA Cutoff 2024
NDA cutoff for the written exam and final selection is released after the declaration of the final result. The cutoff for the written exam is calculated out of 900. The final cutoff is calculated based on the marks secured by the last recommended candidates out of 1800 marks (900 marks of written exam and 900 marks of SSB Interview). The qualifying NDA cutoff marks prescribed for each subject are 25 per cent. Candidates are required to qualify the exam by securing separate cutoff marks in the written exam and SSB Interview. Minimum Qualifying Marks for UPSC NDA 2024
UPSC will publish the Final NDA Cut off marks (out of 1800) after the interviews are completed and will call the candidates as per the Merit List prepared on the basis of written examination. The candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks set by the UPSC for the written exam and final cut off marks for the NDA exam. The candidates need to score at least the cut off marks in the written exam with 25% marks in each subject in order to qualify for the next phase. The cut-off marks for the final selection will include the score from both the written examination and the SSB Interview round.
SSB Interview
The SSB Interview was conducted in two stages. It conducts an Intelligence Test and Personality test. First of all, all the qualified candidates were asked to appear for the stage 1 test at various Selection Centres/ Air Force Selection Boards/ Naval Selection Boards. Furthermore, all the candidates who qualify stage 1 test were called for the second stage exam. Up next, the candidates who clear the second stage test were asked to submit birth certificate and pass certificate.
Finally, the candidates are selected for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and INAC based on their performance in written exam and interview. According to the candidates eligibility, medical fitness, preference and the number of available vacancies the final allotment is done.
