Kerala PSC invited applications from Zoology/ Forestry graduates below 39 years towards Wildlife Assistant Grade-2 ( Cat: 500/ 2019). Interested candidates can apply towards Kerala PSC Wildlife Assistant Grade-2 on or before February 05, 2020, through their “thulasi” profile. Before applying towards Wildlife Assistant Grade-2 make sure that your physical conditions match with the job requirements. Candidates with Color blindness, Night Blindness, Hearing Impairment, etc are ineligible for this post. As of December 2019, only one vacancy is reported, but the number can go higher during the rank list valid period.

Kerala PSC Wildlife Assistant Grade-2 2020 Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: Degree in Zoology or Botany or Forestry or Veterinary Science from a University, Institution or Deemed University recognized by the Government of India.
- Age Limit: 19 years – 39 years. Candidates born between January 02, 1989, and January 01, 2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Age relaxations according to the government norms are applicable.

Physical Qualification
- Male candidates must not be less than 168 cm in height and 81cm around the chest and must have a chest expansion of 5cm on full inspiration.
- Female candidates must not be less than 157cm in height.
- Minimum height and chest Measurement for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes male and female candidates shall be 160 cm and 150 cm respectively. The minimum chest expansion of 5 cm shall, however, be applicable for male scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates.
- Male candidates must qualify any of the five events out of the eight specified for men in
the National Physical Efficiency One star Standard Test shown below:

- Female candidates must qualify any of the five events out of the nine specified for women in the National Physical Efficiency One star standard Test shown as below:

- Selected Wildlife Assistant Grade-II candidates shall undergo training in any of the Forest Training Schools or institutions recognized by the Government for a period not less than one year.
- Selected candidates will be appointed in the state service in the Rs. 26500/ – Rs. 56700/ scale of pay.
