SBI SO Selection Process 2022
1: What does the acronym "ATM" stand for in banking?
SBI SO selection procedure consists of three stages starting from online examination and the candidates must fill up the application form in order to successfully get important information related to the online examination that will be conducted by the organisation of the State Bank of India. The candidates will be able to get most of the information related to the entrance examination by taking into consideration the official website of the State Bank of India. The candidates will also have to give an interview and then only they will be able to to get a chance in this organisation. SBI SO 2022 Online Exam Selection Procedure
The candidates applying for the SBI SO exam need to be aware of the SBI SO exam pattern which includes 2 papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 comprises of questions from English Language, Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. Paper 2 comprises questions from Professional Knowledge. The distribution of marks of each section totally depends on the type of SBI SO post that a candidate has applied for at the time of online application. The candidates qualifying for the online examination are eligible for the next process which is the Interview round. For Project Manager, Application Architect and Technical Lead
The written examination will be done online for these vacancies mentioned above. Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Role-based Knowledge, and IT Professional Knowledge are the five components in the Project Manager, Application Architect, and Technical Lead exams. SBI SO 2022 Shortlisting Selection Procedure
The second stage of the selection procedure in the State Bank of India recruitment opportunity is the shortlisting round. The shortlisting round is the procedure in which the candidates will be shortlisted by the concerned authorities of the State Bank of India. SBI SO 2022 Interview Selection
To be selected for the job, aspirants do not have to appear for an offline written exam. A shortlisting board constituted by the Bank will settle on certain shortlisting parameters and thereafter, an adequate number of applicants, as decided by the Bank will be shortlisted and called for interview. The interview will be conducted for 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank later. In case more than one aspirant scores the same marks, elder aspirants will be given preference. The candidates who successfully qualify for the exam will be called for an interview process. The interview process is held separately for different posts filled through SBI SO 2022. In this phase, the most important thing is your personality. The interviewer checks for your communication skills, expression, intellectual and your way of responding.

- CFA, FRM or PRM is mandatory
Manager (Risk Management)
- Candidates applying for this post must posses MBA or Masters degree in management or PGDM Or their equivalent or Chartered accountant or cost accountant from any recognized university or institution
- Chartered financial analyst program by america based CFA institute will be preferred
Senior Special Executive (Strategy -TMG)
- Candidates applying for this post must have completed FMBA or PGDBM from a recognized university as a full time course
- FRM and CFA will be preferred, Specialization in finance is mandatory
Senior Specialist Executive – Compliance
- Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized university or institution
- It is mandatory to have certification in certified anti money laundering specialist (CAMS) or certified financial crime specialist
Senior Executive Retail and subsidiaries, finance, marketing
- Candidates applying for this post must have completed MBA or PGDM from a recognized university or institution
- Candidates with specialization in finance will be preferred
Senior Executive (Global Trade)
