IDBI Assistant Manager Notification 2022

According to the latest official notification released by the  Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI), applications from interested candidates who fit- into the eligibility criteria as set by the bank are invited for the posts of Executive and Assistant Manager. The applications will be scrutinized and selected candidates will be provided an opportunity to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in banking and Finance (PGDBF). This is done in as the bank has now entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with  Manipal Global Education Services Private Limited (Manipal), Bengaluru and Nitte Education International Private Limited [Nitte] Greater Noida so as to provide a skill enhancement to the intended candidates with this regard. 

This one year long course is split into 9 months of exclusive classroom learning along with 3 months of internship at various branches of IDBI. Upon successful completion of the entire course, the candidate will be appointed as the Assistant Manager in IDBI banks according to the available vacancy.

IDBI Executive and Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria 2022

Basic Criteria

• The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
• Proficiency in computers is desirable.

Educational Qualification

Any candidate who is willing to apply for the posts of Executive and Grade A Assistant Manager in IDBI , must fulfill the following educational qualification.

The candidate must have graduated in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized university or institute in India. However, the minimum qualifying mark for attaining the eligibility for SC/ST and PWD candidates will be 55%.

Age Limit

The minimum age to apply for the post of the age limit for IDBI Executive is 20 Years and Assistant manager Grade A in IDBI is 21 years while the maximum age is 25 and 28 years respectively. Moreover, age relaxation to all the deserving candidates belonging  to various categories will be applicable as per the norm.

Salary Details

IDBI Bank will recruit executives based on a contract. Firstly, the contract would be for 1 year and later on can be reviewed and expanded on a year-to-year basis.

1. Rs. 29,000 Per month in the First Year
2. Rs. 31,000 Per month in the Second Year
3. Rs. 34,000 Per month in the Third Year

• During the 9 month long training period, each candidate is entitled to get ` 2,500/- per month as stipend.
• While the candidate is pursuing the internship (3 months), each one will receive a stipend of `10,000/- per month. 
• Finally, on being appointed as Grade A Assistant Manager at IDBI, each one will receive a monthly pay of   Rs.36,000/ along with many other perks and allowances.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates to the post of Assistant Manager at IDBI banks are carried out by a two staged process.

1.  An online written test.
2. Personal interview.

Only those candidates who qualify the online examination that is scheduled to be held on 9th July 2022 will be called for the interview round with the board members.

Exam Pattern

The online test is the primary stage in the selection process to the post of Assistant Manager. The exam will be of objective type. Also, each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark while for each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted from the candidates total score.

The application for IDBI Assistant Manager Notification 2022 shall be carried out in two stages.

Application Registration

Pre Requisites

Before beginning to apply for the post, the candidate must ensure to keep the scanned copies of the following documents ready for upload:

• Photograph
• Signature
• Left thumb impression
• Handwritten declaration which is to be written as given below:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required” 

Also, a valid mobile number and email ID must be kept active by the applicants until the end of the recruitment.

Registration Process

• Login to the official web portal of  Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI).
• Next, click on the Career tab on the homepage.
• Now, click on the link that reads “Recruitment for “IDBI Bank-PGDBF 2021-22”.
• Then, click on the Apply Now button.
• After that, carefully fill in the application registration form using all the necessary documents and details.
• After rechecking the details entered, click on the Proceed to Pay tab.

Fee Payment

All the aspiring candidates willing to apply for the post of Assistant Manager must remit a certain fee while filling the application form. The last date for fee payment is given as 22.08.2021.
