IDBI Assistant Manager 2021: Salary

The selected candidates must complete the training period. The stipends are granted to the candidates during the training period.  Per month stipend is INR 2,500 for the candidates. The training is conducted in the classroom. For the candidates who are complete the classroom training, the next step is to go for the Internship. The Internship is about Three months. Another thing is salary increment while the eligible candidate is doing the Internship. The candidates will be getting paid INR 10,000 per month.

For those who complete the PDGBF course, The candidates’ responsibility as an Assistant Manager (Grade A). They will post as Assistant Manager at any of the IDBI Bank Branches. The basic pay is for Assistant Manager Grade A is about INR  23,000, the other thing the in-hand salary for Assistant Managers will be around INR 25,000 to INR 30,000.
