An aspirant who gets selected as a Scale I, Agriculture Field Officer (AFO) in the Bank of Maharashtra will have to undergo a probation period of 2 years. Along with this they also have to serve a minimum bond period which shall be 3 years from the date of joining. As a Scale I AFO in the Bank of Maharashtra, you will be required to visit various locations and manage field operations.
