The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has recently announced the rank list of candidates for the Pre-Primary Teacher on their official website. The rank list was published on October 14, 2023, and is now valid from October 15, 2023. Candidates who had taken the Pre-Primary Teacher OMR test on April 02, 2023, may download the final rank list by logging into their respective profiles. The list includes the top 50 candidates, who have secured the highest marks in the Online Examination.
It is worth noting that the Ranked List will remain valid for a minimum of one year or until a new Ranked List is published, whichever comes earlier. Revaluation of the Pre-Primary Teacher Answer Script
Revaluation of the answer script is not permitted in accordance with the current procedure. However, candidates who apply through their One Time Registration profile from the Commission’s official website www.kerala psc.gov.in and pay the required price of Rs. 85 (Rupees Eighty Five only) would have their answer scripts rechecked. The charge may be paid electronically through the portal. Applications sent in any other way won’t be taken into consideration. From the moment the ranked list is released to the Commission’s website (on or before October 27, 2023), candidates will have 15 (Fifteen) days to request a recheck of their answer scripts.
Rechecking of Pre-Primary Teacher Answer Script
Rechecked OMR answer script results will be communicated as soon as possible. However, photocopies of the OMR answer scripts won’t be provided until after all the positions that were decided upon using the common test have published their ranked lists.
Kerala PSC Pre-Primary Teacher Rank List 2023: Instructions to Candidates
- The Ranked List will remain in effect until the publishing of a new Ranked List following the passage of a minimum of one year or until the passage of three years, whichever comes first. In order to fill vacancies reported to the Commission when the Ranked List was in effect, candidates from the Ranked List shall be advised for appointment in line with the regulations and orders respecting reservation and rotation as updated from time to time, if applicable. There is no assurance that all of the candidates on the Ranked List will be appointed because the recommendation for appointment is contingent upon the occurrence of vacancies. The candidates who are still on the Ranked List after it is canceled will not be eligible to be appointed based on the Ranked List’s inclusion of their names.
- The marks given to candidates included in this Ranked List and the mark of the OMR test relating to all candidates appeared for the test will only be published after the publication of all Ranked Lists (including NCA Notifications) which will be based on the common test. This is because a common OMR Test with common candidates was conducted for this post.
- Rechecked OMR answer script results will be communicated as soon as possible. However, photocopies of the OMR answer scripts won’t be provided until after all the positions that were decided upon using the common test have published their ranked lists.

- Candidates who want a photocopy of their OMR Answer sheets (Part A and Part B) for this selection must submit an online application through their One Time Registration profile from the Commission’s website, www.keralapsc.gov.in, and pay the required fee of Rs. 335 (Rupees three hundred and thirty five) using the portal’s e-payment option. Candidates will have 15 (fifteen) days starting from the date the ranked list is submitted to the Commission’s website (on or before October 27, 2023) to request photocopies of their OMR sheets.Applications submitted in any other way won’t be taken into account. A candidate will only receive one copy of the answer sheet. No copies of OMR sheets that have been ruled invalid owing to any error will be provided.
- The answer sheet will only be given to one contestant. There won’t be any copies of OMR sheets that have been deemed invalid due to a mistake.
- Candidates who wish to renounce their claim for advice from the Ranked List must file an application to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, in Thiruvananthapuram, in the format specified by the Commission. The format is accessible on the Commission’s official website. Under no circumstances will the request for relinquishment be granted for those who do not submit their relinquishment application in the manner specified by the Commission. A notarized affidavit, a self-attested copy of an ID proof bearing a photo that complies with the General Conditions, and the request for relinquishment in the prescribed format must all be properly attested by a Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government. The request for relinquishment will be honored in relation to any open requests for positions with the Commission up until the completion of the Ranked List if it is submitted within 15 days of the date the Ranked List was published on the Commission’s official website, along with the original of a notarized affidavit and a self-attested copy of an ID proof. Requests for relinquishment after the release of the Ranked List will only be taken into consideration if they are submitted on or before the date on which the requisition based on which they are to be informed is received.
- After six months have passed after the last ranked list for the post included in the common test performed on April 2, 2022 was finalized, the A part and B part of OMR scripts will be destroyed.
