To ensure that the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled tribes, Other backward classes and other reserved categories including Differently-abled category (if any) are adhered to, a supplementary list has been prepared. This list includes a sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges, ranked in order of merit for their respective categories.

Kerala PSC Junior Assistant Shortlist 2023: Answer Script Revaluation

As per the current procedure, it is not permissible to revalue answer scripts. However, after the publication of the Ranked List, answer scripts can be rechecked. Detailed instructions regarding the same will be published in the Ranked List for the post. Candidates who are included in the Probability List and are eligible for reservation need to produce their Non-Creamy Layer Certificate according to G.O.(P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26.09.2009/Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authority/EWS Certificate according to G.O.(MS)No.02/2020/P&ARD dated 12/02/2020, Disability Certificate (for Differently Abled Candidates), and NOC in the prescribed format from the concerned authority (for Govt. employees) at the time of OTR verification of original documents. A copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 17/06/2023 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same, remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. If any candidate’s Register Number is invalidated, they are advised to refer to Notification No: ERIV(2)/3950/2023/EW dated 25/09/2023. However, in this particular post, no candidate has been invalidated.

Kerala PSC Junior Assistant Shortlist 2023: Instructions to Candidates

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
• The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR Test.
• 127 (One hundred and twenty seven) candidates who have secured top most  marks in the OMR Examination are included in the Main List of this Probability List.The Mark secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 58.33 ( fifty eight (point) three three ) marks. For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes,Scheduled tribes,Other backward classes and other reserved categories including Differently abled category (if any) necessary supplimentary list is prepared by including sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
• Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
• According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
