Probation
The Assistant Manager will be on probation for one year after which his performance will be assessed. If the performance is satisfactory, he will be made permanent. Once he/ she serves as the Assistant Manager for a certain number of years or if a vacancy arises, he will be promoted to the managerial post.

- The employees of PACS and Urban Co-operative Bank, who are of and above the cadre of Assistant
Secretary/ Secretary will be considered. These candidates should have 8 years service in the Societies of which 3 years will be in supervisory cadre. - Graduation from a UGC recognized University or National Institute established by Central
Government or Institute established by Government of Kerala with not less than 60% of marks in the
aggregate. - MBA (Finance/ Banking)/ ACA/ ACMA/ ACS / B.SC.(Co-operation & Banking of Kerala Agricultural
University) will be a preferred qualification.
