• Transferability Clause:
  • Depending on project requirements, candidates are liable for transfer within CSL’s different units, departments, or project sites across India or abroad.

CSL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2024: Service Agreement

Training Period

• Selected candidates for the position of Executive Trainee will undergo one year of training, during which they will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of ₹50,000.
• In addition, candidates may receive allowances for extended training hours on closed holidays, capped at an additional stipend of ₹3,000 per month.

Upon Completion of Training

• After successfully completing the training period, Executive Trainees will be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000, with pay fixed at the minimum scale.
