Selection Process for Federal Bank Clerk 2021
The official notification with important dates will be officially released soon. The federal bank clerk recruitment will be based on the proposed eligibility criteria. The candidates who wish to apply must be a graduate or a postgraduate from a recognized college or university. The maximum age limit proposed by the recruitment board is 24. The candidates not more than 24 years with the proposed qualification can apply for the post. The candidates should have Indian nationality and should be a domicile of Kerala, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
The selection is two-phased with an online aptitude test as the first phase and group discussion and personal interview fall into the second phase. Those candidates who can pass the online aptitude test with the minimum qualifying marks can only attend the second stage of the selection process. The names of the shortlisted candidates will be published after the online aptitude test. Later, the shortlisted candidates can appear for the group discussion followed by the personal interview.
The candidates who are qualifying these sections will be called for document verification and will be immediately posted in the respective branches with vacancies. The candidates need to perform well to crack these stages of the recruitment process. The recruitment will be transparent and impartial. Phase 1: Online Aptitude Test
The online aptitude test is the first step in the selection process. Only those candidates who can clear this procedure can go to the next phase of the selection process. The online aptitude test will be in objective mode. The objective test consists of 90 questions for 90 marks. The candidates should be aware of the negative marking system. The total time duration for the exam will be 60 minutes. Around 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The psychometric questionnaire will be given to the candidates after the test.
The candidates are advised to fill in the questionnaire within 15 minutes. The list of the shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website. The applicants can check the official website and check the results. Only those candidates who are shortlisted will be allowed to participate in the second stage of the selection process.
Phase 2: Group Discussion & Personal Interview
The second phase of the selection process is group discussion and personal interviews. Those candidates who wish to secure the job should be well prepared to crack phase two. The shortlisted applicants will be called for the interview section as well as for the GD. The candidates should have thorough banking, economic and general knowledge.
