Kerala CSEB 2024 – Job Profile

The Kerala Co-operative Services Examination Board (CSEB) have released a notice announcing that its recruitment notification will be released on December 20, 2023.The notification will be released for the posts of Junior Clerk/Cashier, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Typist, System Administrator, System supervisor and Data Entry operator. The application form for each post is available separately in the Kerala CSEB official website. Candidates can apply for one or more posts by submitting the respective application to the board before the deadline. After being recruited for the respective posts, candidates are given proper instructions by the society in which they are recruited about the roles and responsibilities. Kerala CSEB 2024 – Career Growth/Promotion

The probation period will be 2 years for the selected candidates. The salary structure is decided as per the 7th Pay Commission and also the Pay Matrix. Along with the basic pay, allowances and promotions are also available for the posts. Recruited candidates will get basic pay and grade pay, along with additional allowances whichever is applicable for the position. After the particular year of service, candidates are promoted to higher posts in the society. Tests for promotions are also to be attempted by the candidates in order to be promoted based on the year of experience in the field. In order to be promoted or to get increment, good experience and great performance is expected from the employee.

Kerala CSEB 2024 – Retirement Details

Retirement of a person is the time period after which he has to withdraw from his post in his work life. As per the Kerala State Government, the retirement age is 56 and might be increased to 57 years. After retirement the person will be provided with the state’s pension or benefit system. The minimum pension amount would be Rs.600 and the maximum Rs.10,000.
