KDRB LDC Eligibility Criteria 2025: Age, Qualification

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed SSLC or its equivalent from a recognized board.

Skills / Desirable Qualification

• Must have good computer knowledge.

Age Limit

• Candidates must be born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates inclusive).
• Age Limit: 18 to 36 years.
• Age Relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other eligible categories as per government norms.

• The rank list prepared based on this notification will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years from the date of its publication.
• If a new rank list is not published after one year, this list will remain valid up to three years or until a new list is published—whichever is earlier.
• Candidates included in the rank list may be considered for appointments to vacancies that arise during the validity period of the list.

KDRB LD Clerk Application Fee 2025

Candidates applying for the KDRB LDC Recruitment 2025 must pay the application fee online through the payment gateway available on the official website. The fee details are as follows:

KDRB LDC Salary 2025 & Allowances

Selected candidates for the KDRB Lower Division Clerk (LDC) post will receive a monthly salary in the pay scale of ₹26,500 to ₹60,700 as per the government pay matrix. In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to various allowances such as:

• Dearness Allowance (DA)
• House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• Travel Allowance (TA)
• Festival Allowance
• Other benefits as per Devaswom Board norms

Other Guidelines for Kerala Devaswom LDC Recruitment 2025

1. Age Relaxation:
   Candidates who have crossed the upper age limit of 55 years but have worked on a temporary or daily wage basis in Devaswom institutions may be granted age relaxation. Those who have completed at least one year of temporary service are eligible for this concession, subject to verification of service certificates and relevant documents.

2. Experience Marks:
   Candidates who have previously worked in Devaswom institutions on a temporary/daily wage basis will be eligible for 1 mark for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 10 marks, provided the cut-off mark is not exceeded. Valid service certificates detailing the post, department, duration, and nature of duty must be submitted along with the application.

3. EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Reservation:
   A 10% reservation is applicable for eligible candidates belonging to Hindu Unreserved Communities under the EWS category, as per G.O(P) No.79/2019/RD dated 18.11.2019. Such candidates must submit an EWS certificate issued by the Village Officer in the prescribed format.

4. High Court Orders:
   This notification is subject to the verdicts in C.A No. 4670/2023 and other connected cases issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala.

5. EWS Eligibility Criteria:

   • No family member should hold a permanent job in Government, Public Sector, Co-operative institutions, or aided autonomous bodies.

   • Monthly family income should be below ₹25,000.

   • Land and asset ownership criteria also apply.

   • Income and asset certificates must be issued by the Village Officer with the official seal and date.

6. Submission of Service Certificate:
   Temporary/daily wage employees must submit a service certificate issued by the administrative authority/head of the institution. The certificate must include the designation, period of service, nature of duty, and scale of pay/salary details.
