Education Qualification
- Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
OR - Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded after 3 years course of study from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent and seven years experience in Government or quasi Government Service.

Pay Scale – INR 19,240 to INR 34,500/-
Age Limit
21 years to 36 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. Backward Communities/ SC/ ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.
