On November 21, 2023, Kerala PSC announced the Drawing Teacher Shortlist 2023 on the Kerala PSC website. The shortlist containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview on the basis of the OMR test held on 13-07-2023 for the post of Drawing Teacher (High School) (Category No. 709/2022) in Education Department in Wayanad District on Rs 35600-75400. The list was created by including the number of candidates who received the highest scores in the OMR Test.) The Main List of this Short List includes 20 (twenty) candidates who received the highest marks in the OMR examination. However, the Register Numbers are arranged in numerical order, and this arrangement in no way indicates their respective rank based on the said test. Candidates on the Short List must present and produce the original documents for One Time Verification in person. The date, time, and location of the OTR Verification will be announced in due course.

The Main List of this Short List includes 20 (twenty) candidates who received the highest marks in the OMR examination. The final candidate on the Main List received 32.67 (thirty two point six seven) points. A supplementary list is prepared to satisfy the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Economically Weaker Section, and Other Backward Classes by including a sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.

Kerala PSC Drawing Teacher Shortlist 2023: Guidelines to Candidates
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- The list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test.
- 20 (Twenty) candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR examination are included in the Main List of this Short List. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 32.67 ( Thirty two point six seven). For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes,Scheduled Tribes, Economically Weaker Section , Other Backward Classes necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
- Candidates included in the Short List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published in due course.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
- Candidates included in the Short list, belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS community/Category are required to produce Community Certificate/ Non Creamy Layer Certificate/EWS Certificate issued by the Revenue authority along with the other documents at the time of verification of Original documents.
- Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 13-07-2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. No candidates are invalidated as per Notification No : .ERXV(1)3883/2023/EW dated 21.09.2023
