KPSC Woman Civil Excise Officer Answer Script Rechecking & Relinquishment

1. Rechecking of Answer Scripts

• As per the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
• However, candidates can apply for a rechecking of their answer scripts through their One Time Registration profile on the official Kerala PSC website.
• The prescribed fee for rechecking is ₹85, which must be paid via e-payment through the portal.
• Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
• Candidates are given 15 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List to apply for rechecking.

2. Community Details Correction

• The community details mentioned in the Ranked List are based on the information provided by candidates in their application forms and verified through supporting documents.
• If a candidate finds any discrepancy in the community details recorded in the Ranked List, they must inform the District Officer, Kerala PSC District Office, Kollam-691001 within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.
• Failure to report discrepancies in time will result in candidates being advised based on the existing details in the Ranked List.

3. Obtaining Photocopy of OMR Answer Sheet

• Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheet (Part A & Part B) can apply online through their One Time Registration profile on the Kerala PSC official website.
• The prescribed fee for obtaining a photocopy is ₹335, which must be paid via e-payment through the portal.
• Candidates have 15 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List to apply for a photocopy of their OMR sheet.
• Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
• A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to the candidate.
• OMR sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.

4. Relinquishment of Claim for Advice from Ranked List

• Candidates who wish to relinquish their claim for advice from the Ranked List must submit an application in the prescribed format available on the Kerala PSC website.
• The request for relinquishment must be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala PSC District Office, Kollam-691001.
• The application should be duly attested by a Gazetted Officer of the State/Central Government, with their signature, name, designation, and office seal.
• It must also include:
  • A Notarized Affidavit
  • A Self-attested copy of an ID proof bearing a photograph (as per the General Conditions).
• The request will be honored if submitted within 15 days from the publication of the Ranked List for pending vacancies.
• After the Ranked List is published, requests for relinquishment will be accepted only if received before the date of vacancy notification based on which the candidate is to be advised.

5. Common OMR Test & Marks Publication

• Since a common OMR test was conducted for the post, marks awarded to candidates will be published only after the finalization of all Ranked Lists (including NCA notifications) based on the common test.
• The result of rechecking of OMR answer scripts will be informed in due course.
• However, photocopies of the OMR answer script will be issued only after the publication of all Ranked Lists related to the common test.

6. Destruction of OMR Answer Sheets

• The A part and B part of the OMR answer scripts will be destroyed after 6 months from the finalization date of all Ranked Lists related to the common test.

• Click on the Result “Button”  on the top right side
• Choose the Rank list option

• Now, Click on the “Download” button given in the right side
• Now, you will be directed to a pdf file which will have the list of candidates for selection to their respective posts.
• Download and save the pdf for further use.
