Kerala PSC Women Civil Excise Officer Eligibility Criteria 2024
Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) is inviting applications from women candidates to apply for the role of Civil Excise Officer in 2024. In order to be eligible for the post, candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria which include age limit, educational qualification, and physical fitness.
Age Limit
- 19-31 Years.
- Candidates born between January 2, 1992, and January 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
- Age relaxations are available for other backward communities and SC/ST candidates under Kerala PSC rules.

Educational Qualification
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- Pass in Plus Two or its equivalent
- Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must provide the Commission with the relevant Government Order at the time of One Time Verification or as otherwise required by the Commission.
Endurance Test
All candidates must successfully complete a 2.5-kilometer endurance run in 15 minutes.
Physical Efficiency Test
Must qualify in any of the five events listed below from the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test.

Physical Qualifications

Eye Sight: Without glasses, you must be certified to meet the following visual standards.

Note:
- Each eye must have a fully functional field of vision.

Candidates must present a Medical Certificate in original, in the prescribed form, at the time of the physical efficiency test, certifying their physical fitness and eyesight without glasses. Selection to the post of Women Civil Excise Officer (Trainee) 2024 will be made on the basis of a Competitive Test of the Plus Two Standard. As per the previous year updates, the selection process for the post of Women Civil Excise Officer is a two-stage process. The first stage involves an online test, which is open to all applicants. The test comprises of general knowledge, English language, mathematics, and reasoning. The second stage involves an interview, which will be conducted by the state government. In the interview, candidates will be assessed on their communication skills, attitude, and overall personality. Also, there will be a physical efficiency test and endurance test to ensure the eligibility.
