- Chief Manager: Minimum age of 28 Years and Maximum 45 Years

Educational Qualifications
Assistant General Manager
- Graduate with minimum 60%, preferable additional qualification-CAIIB
Chief Manager
- CA or ICWA or 2 Years Full Time, MBA or equivalent post-graduation degree/diploma, with specialization in Finance.
- Graduate with minimum 60%, Preferable additional qualification-CAIIB
Senior Manager
- A Bachelor Degree in Law
- A Bachelor/ Master Degree in Personnel Management or qualification related to HR.
- Graduate with a minimum of 60%
- Company Secretary
Manager

Selection Procedure
The selection process comprises shortlisting followed by an online test and /Group discussion and/or Interview of candidates.
The probation period will be of one year of active service from the date of joining the Bank.
