SSC MTS Important Exam Date 2024
The Staff Selection Commission has notified the MTS Exam Date 2024. The initial exam date was from 5th July 2024 to 22nd July 2024 (tentative). The scheduled date is currently available on the official website of SSC. The Paper 1 exam, Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff Examination, 2024 is scheduled for 05.7.2024 to 22.05.2024. SSC Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) 2024 notification is already out. As per the revised date, the SSC MTS has released the date for the paper 1 Exam as 05.7.2024 to 22.05.2024 (tentative). Also, MTS preliminary stage exam is a computer-based test that will be conducted in different exam centres. However, all the candidates who have registered for the SSC MTS Recruitment Exam must keep checking the official web portal for any new updates regarding the recruitment.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Education Qualification: The candidates must have passed the Matriculation/ SSLC Examination or the equivalent from a recognized Board.
- Age Limit: Candidates’ age shall be between 18 years and 27 years as on the date of notification. The age limits for the posts as per the Recruitment Rules of various Departments are:

SSC MTS Salary 2024
Selected MTS can withdraw salary on the pay scale -1 (Rs.5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800. Including different allowances and basic pay, MTS can withdraw salary between Rs. 18,000 and Rs.22,000, depending upon the department and the place of posting. The House Rent Allowances (HRA) for X, Y & Z category cities are Rs. 4320, Rs. 2880 and Rs.1440 respectively. Selected candidates will get Dearness Allowances(DA), Travel Allowances(TA), etc. From the Gross Salary (Rs.23670, Rs. 21780 & Rs. 20340)National Pension System(NPS), Central Government Health Scheme allowances, etc. will get deducted. Cities in Kerala are categorized as Y- y-category cities, (Kochi, Kottayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Thrissur, etc.). MTS will get their first promotion after 3 years of service with grade pay of Rs. 1900 and the second promotion after 6 years with grade pay of Rs. 2000 and so on.
