The job comes under a General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post in various Ministries/Departments/ Offices of the Government of India, in different States/Union Territories with a Pay Band-1 (Rs 5200-20200) + Grade Pay Rs 1800, (Revised Pay Scale after 7th CPC: Pay Level in Pay Matrix – Level-1). SSC MTS Exam Dates 2021
As per the new notification, the staff selection commission will conduct the Paper 1 of this recruitment from July 1st 2021 to July 20th 2021. Also, MTS preliminary stage exam is a computer based test that will be conducted in different exam centres. Moreover, the SSC will conduct the Paper 2 (descriptive Test) on 21st November 2021.

SSC MTS Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit – 18 yrs to 27 yrs (as on 01-09-2020). Age relaxation will be provided to the upper age limit as per the norms of the government.
Educational Qualifications (As on 01-09-2020): The candidates must have passed Matriculation Examination or equivalent from a recognized Board.
Application fee: Rs. 100/-. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of the fee.
SSC MTS Vacancy 2021
SSC MTS 2022 Exam Dates & Vacancies have been recently declared by the commission on its official website – ssc.nic.in. The Commission has decided to conduct the Paper I (CBE) of Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination-2021 from 5th July to 22nd July 2022. SSC has announced total 3698 Vacancies in total 9 regions which are North-Western Region (NWR), Northern Region (NR), Central Region (CR), Eastern Region (ER), North-Eastern Region (NER), Madhya Pradesh Region (MPR), Western Region (WR), Southern Region (SR) and Karnataka Kerala Region (KKR). These vacancies are further divided into two age groups which are 18-25 years and 18-27 years.

Of the two papers, Paper I is a Computer-based examination with objective questions.

Paper-II is a Descriptive examination, consisting of Short Essay/Letter in English or in any language included in the 8th schedule of the Constitution. The duration of examination is 30 minutes with maximum marks of 50.
SSC MTS Paper I Cut Off
Following minimum cut-off has been applied on the normalized scores of Paper-I during the previous years.

The qualified candidates can prepare for Tier 2. Tier 2 is only a qualifying examination to test aspirants’ language skills.
