Educational Qualification 

• Degree in Sociology/Social Work, Home Science or Psychology of a recognized University.
• A Degree in any other discipline of a recognized University along with Balasevika Training certificate (One Year Course) issued by the Indian/State council for Child Welfare or any other recognised Institutions or Pre- Primary Teachers Training Certificate from Institutions recognized by the Government.

Age Limit

• 18 – 36 years
• Candidates born between 02.01.1987 and 01.01.2005(both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post, with usual relaxation to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities. For the purpose of appointment to the post by direct recruitment, the upper age limit will be relaxed in the case of regular Anganwadi workers of Integrated Child Development Scheme Projects, full period of their services as Anganwadi Workers.

Application Procedure for Kerala PSC ICDS Supervisor Recruitment 2024

Eligible candidates shall apply online through the official website of Kerala Public Service Commission (http://www.keralapsv.gov.in) after registering under the One Time Registration Scheme. Those who have already registered shall log in to their profile using their User ID and Password. After logging in just click on the ‘Apply Now’ button corresponding to the notification. Application Fee is not required.

• Applications must be submitted online via PSC Thulasi official profile
• Applicants must use One Time Registration to register if they haven’t already.
• After completing the registration process, candidates can apply online.
• Individuals who have already signed up can by pass the registration procedure.
• Candidates who have Aadhaar card should add Aadhaar card as ID proof in their profile.
• Then, Login using your user ID and password.
• Select Notification Tab

Kerala PSC ICDS Supervisor Recruitment 2024: Special Instructions to Candidates

• In the case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette Notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
• Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application for the post. Applications which are not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the General Conditions are liable to be rejected.
• Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc. and are liable to be disqualified for being considered for a particular post or debarment from applying to the Commission either permanently or for any period or the invalidation of their answer scripts or products in a written/ practical test or the initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them or their removal or dismissal from office or the ordering of any other disciplinary action against them if they have already been appointed, or any one or more of the above.

Documents Required to Apply

• Certificates to prove Educational qualification
• Certificates as proof of age
• Certificates to prove driving eligibility
• Medical certificate for eye sight (Should be from an Ophthalmologist not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon under the Government)
• Medical certificate for physical fitness (Should be obtained from a Medical Officer under the Government not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon)
• Personal ID card – Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving license( any one)

Candidates shall appear in person for verification of the original documents on the date, time, and venue allotted by the Commission, at their own expense.

Guidelines to Upload Photograph

• The photo to be uploaded can be in Color/ black and white.
• The face and shoulder of the candidate should be clearly visible
• Photo should be of 200 pixels height and 150 pixels width
• The file size should not exceed 30kb and it should be in JPG format
• The background of the photo should be either light-colored or white in color
• The eyes should be open
• Face should be centrally focused
• Photograph wearing cap goggles, (except cap, veil worn in adherence to religious custom), photographs showing a portion of the face, photo with unclear face shall not be accepted.

Kerala PSC ICDS Supervisor Selection Procedure 2024

Kerala Public Service Commission may conduct a written test depending on the number of applicants for the post. The candidates who are appointed on the basis of this written test shall be kept under probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Training shall also be provided for such persons for such period as specified by the Government from time to time.

A monthly salary range of 37400-79000/- is expected for an ICDS Supervisor. This pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and additional allowances. It should be noted that this salary is subject to periodic adjustments in accordance with government regulations.
