1. Go to https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ to access the official Kerala psc thulasi website.
2. Candidates must register on the official website using the ‘One Time Registration’ option.
3. Candidates who have already registered can apply by entering their User-ID and password into their profile.
