The Kerala PSC has made the shortlist for the role of Librarian Grade IV 2023 public. The Kerala PSC published the Librarian Grade IV Provisional List 2023 online in PDF format on October 13, 2023. The Kerala PSC Librarian Grade IV Shortlist 2023 PDF is available for download on the Kerala PSC website. Eligible applicants can access their provisional list by entering their User ID and Password. The PDF contains a list of the registered candidates who have been selected for an interview for the position of Librarian Grade IV.
The shortlist includes 10 people who received the highest marks in the OMR exam. The final contender on the Main List had a score of 23.33 (twenty three (point) three three). A sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes are included in the necessary supplementary list in order to satisfy the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and other reserved categories, (if any). However, the register numbers are arranged in their numerical order, although the arrangement in no way denotes a candidate’s position based on the results of the test in question. The Ranked List that will be published for the role will provide comprehensive instructions. After the Ranked List has been approved, candidates who request copies of their OMR Test answers and pay the required cost will be provided with their answers. Kerala PSC Librarian Grade IV Shortlist 2023: Instructions to Candidates
- Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of Application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
- The list has been prepared by including the requisite number of candidates in the Main List who have secured top marks in the OMR Test based on the details furnished by the candidate in the Application and subsequent claim, if any, made will not be entertained at any stage of selection.
- 10 (Ten only ) candidates who have secured top most marks in the OMR examination are included in the Main List of this Short List. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 23.33 ( Twenty three (point) three three). For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes , Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes (and other reserved catogories if any ) necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
- The Candidates included in the Short List should be present in person and produce the original documents for One Time Registration Verification and Interview. Date,time and Venue of OTR Verification and Interview will be intimated in due course through profile message and SMS.
- According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be incorporated in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
- Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short List are required to produce NonCreamy Layer Certificate issued by Village Officer as per G O (P) No.81/09/SCST DD dated 26/09/2009 and SC/ST candidates are required to produce Community Certificate issued under Rule 4 of Kerala (SC/ST) Regulations of issue of community certificate Rules 2002 by the Revenue authority not below the rank of Tahildar and candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Sections should produce relevant certificate as per G.O (Ms) No.2/2020/P&ARD dated 12/02/2020 in proof of their claim along with other relevant documents at the time of OTR Verification of original documents.
- Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 07-06-2023 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. No answer script of candidates is invalidated as per ER II (2) 3284/2023/EW Dated 07/09/2023.
