PSC Security Guard Provisional List 2023: Instructions to Candidates

• Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List
• The Probability list has been prepared by including the number of candidates who have secured top marks in the Online Examination based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
• 22 (Twenty two) Candidates who have secured top most marks in the Online examination are included in the Main list of this Probability list. The marks secured by the last candidate in the main list is 72.33 ( Seventy two (point) three three ) Marks. For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes (and other reserved categories, if any) necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient number of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
• Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification. Date,Time and Venue of OTR Verification will be published shortly.
• Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in this list are required to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per GO(P)No:81/09/SC/STDD dated 26.09.2009 and SC/ST candidates included in this list are required to produce Community Certificate in Form III or digitally signed by the Revenue Authoriy not below the rank of Tahsildar and candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS) included in this List are required to produce certificate issued by the competent Revenue authority along with the other documents at the time of verification of original documents.
• For Online Examination, rechecking and revaluation are not allowed but printout of answer sheets will be issued to those candidates who apply for it by remitting the prescribed fee after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be furnished in the Ranked List to be published for the post.
