South Indian Bank, through their notification published in the month of January,  has notified the details of the examination as well as the eligibility criteria that every candidate should possess so as to apply for the post of Probationary Officer. South Indian Bank PO 2022: Age Limit

According to the official notification published by the bank, the candidates who are applying for the post must be not more than the age of 26 years (Candidates should be born not earlier than 01.12.1995 and not later than 30.11.2003 (both days inclusive))

Note: Upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years in the case of SC (Scheduled Caste/ ST (Scheduled Tribe) candidates.

South Indian Bank PO 2022: Nationality

According to the official notification inviting the applications, the candidates who are applying must be citizens of India.

The candidates who are possessing the below-mentioned qualifications can apply for the post under South Indian Bank.

The candidates should have passed X/SSLC, XII/HSC and Engineering Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course from a recognized University/ Institute recognized by the Government of India.

The candidates should have passed X/SSLC, XII/HSC, Graduation and any Post Graduation with minimum 60% marks under regular course from a recognized University/ Institute recognized by the Government of India.

Graduates who have secured admission for engineering stream through lateral entry should have secured minimum 60% marks in X/SSLC, XII/HSC, Diploma/Polytechnic and Graduation.

Educational qualification by mode of distant education will not be considered.

During the interview round, candidates will have to show the qualification proof with the graduation mark sheet or passing certificate.
