CTET Admit Card 2021 is released by CBSE through the official website of CBSE. The admit cards of candidates who have paid the fees and allotted examination during 16 to 31 December 2021 can download admit card from 11th December 2021. Candidates can download admit cards from the official website by entering their application number and date of birth. The admit cards for candidates who have been allotted dates of during 1 to 12 January 2022 will be uploaded in due course of time. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is to conduct the Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) from December 16, 2021, to January 12, 2022, for primary and upper primary teachers. This nationwide exam laid down the minimum qualifications for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes I to VIII. CTET Admit Card 2021
CBSE, who is in charge of the conduct of the exam, has postponed the exam date in view of Covid 19. Earlier it was scheduled for 5th July 2020 and then on 31st January 2021. Later the examination was again postponed and is now scheduled to be conducted from December 16, 2021, to January 13, 2022. The admit card link is active and the candidates can now download their CTET admit card from the official website of CBSE as it is published. Candidates can get download the admit card from the direct link provided on this page. Candidates who are preparing for the examination is requested to keep an eye on the updates from CBSE.

Considering the request from many applicants and as part of ensuring social distancing post-lockdown, the CBSE Board has increased the number of exam cities to 135. The new exam cities are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/ Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.
How to Download the CTET Admit Card?
- Log in to the official website of the CTET exam.
- Then, click on the ‘Admit Card’ tab. Click on any one of the following links:
- Download Admit Card (Server 1) or Download Admit Card (Server 2) or Download Admit Card (Server 3)
- Enter the details like Registration/ Application Number, Password/date of birth (in Day-Month-Year format)
- Click on the Submit tab.
- View, download and take 2-3 printouts of the CTET admit card.
How to Re-generate the Application Number?
In case, the candidates forget their application number or password at the time of downloading the admit card follow these steps to re-generate the application number/password:
- Log into the official website of CTET.
- Click on the Login button.
- Then, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ or ‘Forgot Application Number’ link.
- Enter the necessary details.
- Submit. And the application number/ password will be re-generated.

Along with the CTET Admit Card, candidates should also carry valid-ID proof with them. Take any one of the following ID proof to the exam center:
- Voter’s Identity Card
- PAN Card
- Aadhar Card

General Instructions to Candidates
In the wake of COVID19, candidates should follow the instructions from the authorities in order to keep themselves safe. Some of the guidelines for the candidates are:
- Ensure social distancing
- Wear a face mask throughout the exam
- Take your personal hand sanitizer and disposable hand gloves
- Keep your own water bottle and ball pen
- No distribution of baggage between candidates
- Display the ‘Aarogya Setu App’ while entering the examination hall.
Usually, the CTET exam is held in two parts: The first part of the CTET is for candidates who want to teach classes 1 to 5 (Paper I- Primary Stage) and the second is for classes 6 to 8 (Paper II- Elementary Stage). The teachers’ eligibility test consists of 150 questions of one mark each.
