  • Eligible employees include Overseers, Draftsmen, Clerks, and Last Grade Servants with at least 2 years of service.

  • Candidates already working on a provisional basis are not eligible.

• Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 01/01/2025. No upper age limit.
• Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering from any University in Kerala or an equivalent qualification.

  • OR Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering.

Kerala PSC Assistant Engineer Civil Salary 2025: AE Civil Pay Scale

The Assistant Engineer (Civil) post offers a pay scale of ₹ 55,200 – 1,15,300/- as per government rules.
