- Find PSC Thulasi website at https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/
- Click on the ” New Registration” tab on the right side t register.
- Fill out your personal details
- Create a user Id and Password
- Submit the self-declaration and Click on the “Register” tab
- Then, click on the “Login” button
- Enter your User Id, Password, and Captcha code to log in
- Then, in the first stage, fill out your details and click “Save and Proceed”
- In the second stage, fill out the communication details such as your permanent address and address for communication.
- Click on “save and proceed” again
- Upload your latest photograph with your name and date of taken and Click “Next”

- Upload your Signature with a mazimum size of 30kb and “Proceed”

- If needed, print your registration form as PDF before click on submit
General information when uploading Photograph
- The photo to be uploaded can be in Color/ black and white.
- The face and shoulder of the candidate should be clearly visible
- Photo should be of 200 pixels height and 150 pixels width
- The file size should not exceed 30kb and it should be in JPG format
- The background of the photo should be either light-colored or white in color

- Face should be centrally focused
