Kerala PSC Excise Inspector 2022 was released and has called for applications from all the aspirants from 31/12/2019 to 05/02/2020 . Graduates below 31 years are eligible for this post.
Kerala PSC Excise Inspector Eligibility
Age Limit
Candidates age shall be between 19 years – 31 years. Only candidates born between January 02, 1988, and
January 01, 2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Age relaxations according to the government norma are applicable for candidates from the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward communities.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess B.A, B.Sc or B.Com Degree of any recognized University or its equivalent. In the case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum qualification shall be SSLC.
Physical Conditions
Applicants must be physically fit for outdoor work and should possess the following minimum physical standards.

Male Candidates
- Height for General Candidates: 165 cm
- Height for SC/ ST Candidates: 160 cm
- Chest Measurement (Normal): 81 cm
- Chest Expansion:5 cm
There are no relaxations in the matter of Chest measurements for SC/ ST, and OBC candidates.
Female Candidates
- Height for General Candidates: 152 cm
- Height for SC/ST Candidates: 150 cm
Note: Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
The candidates should qualify in at least five of the eight events mentioned below.

1: Which Year First Assembly Election was held in Kerala?
Kerala PSC has yet to declare the actual number of vacant positions as Excise Inspectors. The last Excise Inspector recruitment was in 2015 and the rank List is brought into force with effect from March 14, 2019. 278 candidates are selected and the appointment process is yet to start. 69.3 was the cut-off score. Candidates can expect around 100 vacancies for Excise Inspector 2022 recruitment.
