SBI Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2023 – Age Limit

The State Bank of India (SBI) publishes the recruit notification to recruit eligible candidates for the Apprentice post. Aspiring candidates meeting all the required eligibility criteria can apply online on the official website of SBI www.sbi.co.in. A total of more than 6000 Vacancies are expected to be announced by SBI for Apprentice Posts in various states of the country very soon through the official notification.  Interested and eligible candidates can apply in one state only through online methods as the commission published the official notification and the application portal is open.

The Selection process for SBI apprentice post involves an online written examination followed by a test of Local language. The candidates applying for vacancies in a particular state should be proficient in the specified local language of that State as mentioned in the notification. For the candidates to apply for the post of SBI apprentice they must possess certain SBI apprentice eligibility criteria. The online examination date is not yet published by the commission. SBI Apprentice Eligibility 2023

For the candidate to apply for various posts under the State Bank of India they must have certain eligibility criteria. The given below are the criteria that the candidates has to meet so as to make the application for SBI apprentice examination 2023.

SBI Apprentice Age Limit

For Candidates applying, the prescribed age limit is as follows –

Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 31.10.2021 i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 01.11.1993 and not later than 31/10/2001 (both days inclusive).

Note:-

• The maximum age indicated is for unreserved and EWS candidates.
• Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.

SBI Apprentice Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold graduation from a recognized University/ Institute or any equivalent qualification approved by the central or state government as mentioned in the previous official notification of SBI Apprentice.

SBI Apprentice Nationality

The given below are the nationality criteria that the candidates have to possess so as to apply for the position. The applicant must be either –

• An Indian citizen or,
• A subject of Nepal, Bhutan or
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 intending to permanently settle in India or,
• People migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.

How to Apply for SBI Apprentice Exam 2023?

The official notification for SBI apprentice 2023 is published by the commission. The given below are the steps that has to be followed in order to apply for SBI apprentice examination 2023.

Step 1: Log in to the official website of State Bank of India.

Step 2: Candidates has to Click on “Current Openings” under “Join SBI” tab for initiating the process of application

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen where List of current recruitments will be open and then Click on “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES IN SBI UNDER THE APPRENTICES ACT, 1961”

Step 4: Click on the Apply Link as it is displayed on the website. You will be directed to the application page for making the application.

Step 5: Click on the “Click here for New Registration “ link.

Step 6: Click on the “ Continue” tab and enter your basic details like name, phone number, etc. that are asked on the website in the respective tabs.

Step 7: Upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature as per the requirement of the commission. Click on the Next button.

Step 8: Click on the preferred actions for the details asked in the form and then click on the “validate your details” and submit fees using the payment gateway.

Step 9: Click on the final submission and take out the printout of the form for future reference.

SBI Apprentice Exam 2023 Application Fees

For the candidates to make an application for the SBI Apprentice examination 2023 they have to pay an application using the online payment gateway. The commission has announced in the previous years that the application fess for the SBI Apprentice exam application will be Rs. 300. Candidates who are applying for the examination can make the exam fess payment using the online mediums using

• Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro)
• Credit Cards
• Internet Banking
• IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
• Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets

SBI Apprentice 2023 – Exam Pattern

SBI Apprentice 2023 selection process involves an online written examination and Test of the local language. The online written test comprises of 4 sections- General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude. The exam pattern is as shown below-

• The questions will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi, except for the test of General English.
