SSC Stenographer’C’ Cut Off 2020
The Computer Based Test for SSC Stenographers comprises three subjects General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and English Language and Comprehension. The cut-off for this stage is calculated out of 200 marks. Candidates who clear the CBT to qualify for the skill test.

Skill Test
The SSC Stenographer Skill Test round is mandatory but qualifying in nature.
- The candidates will be given a dictation to them for about 10 minutes in English or Hindi language.
- They are required to type the same on a computer at a speed of 100 w.p.m. (word per minute) to be recruited for the post of a Grade C Stenographer.
- For SSC Stenographer Grade D, the candidates’ typing speed must be 80 w.p.m.
- The Final selection and allocation of candidate to the Departments will be made on the basis of their performance in the Computer Based Examination and the preference of Posts/ Departments exercised by them at the time of Document Verification.
