SBI Apprentice 2023 Vacancy

The 2022 vacancies are yet to be released. Though it is expected that the same or more vacancies are likely to be released. A total of 6160 vacancies were released for the 2023 Recruitment drive. SBI Apprentice 2023 Salary Scale

It is important for the candidates to know since they are not permanent employees of the Bank, SBI Apprentices do not have a set salary. Based on their apprenticeship program, they are eligible for a fixed stipend.

Candidates who will be selected for the Apprentice post are eligible for a stipend of Rs.15000/- per month. The candidates who shall successfully complete the apprenticeship will enjoy special weightage/relaxation in SBI Clerk Recruitment.

SBI Apprentice 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should be eligible according to the SBI Apprentice Eligibility Criteria to apply for the post of Apprentice. After that, they need to follow the specific SBI Apprentice Exam Pattern & Syllabus. Under eligibility, there are different criteria that one has to keep in mind while applying for it. Applicants must have all the relevant qualifications and documents that are required while going for the online application procedure.

Age

Applicants who fall within the age limit can apply for the post of Apprentice in SBI. It is important to make sure that one should have all the relevant documents required as Age Proof of the candidate. Applicants claiming age relaxation must have authentic and original documents issued by the government or any respected body of India to have the benefit.

• Min. Age – 20 years
• Max. Age – 28 years

The age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories and there is an upper age limit as per the Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates. These candidates must have certified documents to claim for relaxation.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification approved by the central or state government as mentioned in the previous official notification of SBI Apprentice.

SBI Apprentice Nationality

The applicant must be either –

• An Indian citizen or,
• A subject of Nepal, Bhutan or
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 intending to permanently settle in India or,
• People migrated from Pakistan, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to permanently settle in India.

SBI Apprentice 2023 Application Form

The government of India introduced the apprenticeship under the skill development programme to develop hands-on experience among the Indian youth across various trades. The State Bank of India (SBI) too like many other organizations are inviting applications from eligible graduates below 28 years towards the Apprenticeship program. The selected candidates have to work together with the bank employees in the daily administration of the banking services.

Steps to Apply Online for SBI Apprentice

The steps to be followed to apply online for the SBI Apprentice Recruitment 2023 is explained below:

Step 1: Click the link mentioned above. (link expired)

Step 2: Alternatively click the SBI Official Website link

Step 3: Candidates must Click on “Current Openings” under the “Join SBI” tab

Step 4: A new page will appear where List of current recruitments will open and then Click on “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES IN SBI UNDER THE APPRENTICES ACT, 1961”

Step 5: Click on the Apply Link is displayed. You will be directed to the application page.

Step 6: Click on the “Click here for New Registration “ link.

Step 7: Click on the “ Continue” tab and enter your basic details like name, phone number etc.

Step 8: Upload a scanned copy of your photograph and signature as per requirement. Click on the Next button. Click on the Testbook image resize tool to resize images in the desired specification

Step 9: Click on the preferred actions for the details asked in the form and then click on the “validate your details” and submit fees.

Step 10: Click on the final submission and take out the printout of the form.

Guidelines For Scanning The Photograph & Signature

Before applying online, a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given in Annexure-I. Online applications will not be registered unless candidates upload photos and signatures as specified.

Note:

• The photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture. In case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear, the candidate’s application may be rejected.
• The size of the photograph must be of dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred) and the Size of the file should be between 20kb–50 kb
• In case the photograph or signature is unclear, the candidate may edit his application and re-upload his photograph or signature
• The dimensions of the signature must be 140 x 60 pixels (preferred) whereas the size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb
• The applicant has to sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen.

SBI Apprentice 2023 Exam Pattern 

The SBI Apprenticeship is a three-year training, which will help the aspirants to explore more job opportunities across the Indian banking system. Exam Pattern for Online Written Test

The candidates must go through the detailed syllabus for SBI Apprentice Exam 2023.

1. There will be 100 multiple choice questions in the SBI Apprentice online examination.
2. The duration of the test will be 1 hour and there will be a separate timing for each test i.e. 15 minutes for each section.
3. The questions will be in bilingual (English & Hindi) except for the questions of General English.
4. There will be a negative marking for incorrect answers. 1/4th marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

Exam Pattern for Test of Local Language

SBI Apprentice exam pattern for Stage 2 consists of a Test of Local Language, which is mandatory for all Candidates. The language is specific to the state as mentioned above in the table.

Candidates who have a 10th or 12th mark sheet/certificate showing proof of that language are not required to give this test. They are eligible to move to the Medical Test of the selection process.

Exam Pattern for Medical Examination

The candidates who will qualify for the above-mentioned stages are eligible for the third stage. The sage 3 is of Medical Examination where the candidate needs to qualify the medical standard as according to the bank.
