They are now setting up a Greenfield 9 MMTPA refinery cum petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Barmer district of Rajasthan and hence are looking for eligible candidates to be a part of their organization.

HPCL HRRL Recruitment 2022 Salary
HRRL provides an attractive salary package to it employees. The salary of employees belonging to E5 category is in the range of Rs 80000 to Rs 220000 and that of employees belonging to E6 category is Rs. 90000 to Rs 240000. Apart from the basic pay, employees will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) and other applicable allowances as per the company policy.
HPCL HRRL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit
The maximum age limit set by HRRL for E5 category is 42 and for E6 category is 46. The cut off date for calculating the age is 24 February, 2022. Age relaxation in the maximum age limit for reserved candidates will be as follows:
- Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy): 3 years
- PwBD (Unreserved Category): 10 years
- PwBD (OBCNC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ ST): 15 years
- Candidates domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir: 5 years (born between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989)
- Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers: 5years ( they should have minimum 5 years military service)
HPCL HRRL Recruitment 2022 Educational Qualification
HRRL is looking to recruit candidates who have a Bachelors degree in the disciple mentioned below with a minimum 60% marks of all semesters/ years for UR/ OBCNC/ EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD candidates. The educational requirements is the same for candidates applying for both E5 and E6 categories.
Civil: Should have 4 years full time regular engineering course in Civil Engineering from AICTE
approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University.
Electrical Engineer: Should have 4-years full time regular engineering course in Electrical Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University.
Instrumentation Engineer: Should have 4-years full time regular engineering course in Instrumentation Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University.
Mechanical: Should have 4-years full time regular engineering course in Mechanical Engineering from
AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University.
Chemical: Should have 4-years full time regular engineering course in Chemical Engineering from AICTE
approved / UGC recognized University/ Deemed University.
Fire & Safety: Should have full time regular BE (Fire Engineering) from NFSC Nagpur or Equivalent (B. Tech in Fire Engineering or Fire and Safety Engineering from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University / Deemed University). A Masters in Fire and Safety or Chemical or Operation Management or
Equivalent is desirable.
Human Resources: Should have two years full time Masters Degree in HR / Personnel
Management / Industrial Relations/ Psychology or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with
specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from AICTE approved / UGC recognized institute /
university. Should also have an in depth knowledge in all matters concerning HR department and excellent knowledge of Labor Legislation and Regulations.
Chartered Accountant: Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 50% marks. Candidates applying for the post should be in
possession of C.A. professional qualification completed in all respects at the time of applying for the post
including completion of mandatory Article ship Training required for award of C.A. qualification.
Information Systems: 4 years Full time B.E. / B.Tech in the discipline of Electronics / Telecommunications / Electronics & Telecommunications / Computer Science / Information Technology
OR
Three years full time course in Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) / Masters in Computer Science
(MCS)
OR
Two years full time course in Masters in Business Administrations (MBA) / Masters in Management Studies
(MMS) with Information Technology or Systems or Computer Science as specialization.
M. E./M. Tech in Engineering for candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology is a desirable qualification.
Legal: Should have completed 3 years full time course in law after graduation or 5 years course in law after 12th Standard from AICTE approved / UGC recognized University/Deemed University
HPCL HRRL Recruitment 2022 Work Experience
HRRL requires a work experience of 12 years for candidates applying for the E5 category and 15 years for candidates applying for E6 category.

HRRL will only accept online applications. All other modes of application will be rejected.

Applications with incomplete / wrong particulars or not in the prescribed format will not be considered. So utmost care must be taken while completing the form.

Candidates should possess all the required documents like degree certificate, mark sheets, experience certificate from the organization in which they are/were working.
HPCL HRRL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process
Application forms and resumes of all the applicants will be scrutinized and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for further selection process i.e. personal interview. A category wise merit list of scores will be drawn for all the candidates who qualify as per short listing criteria. The shortlisting methodology will be hosted on the official website before the selection process begins.
Interview will comprise of both technical and behavioral. Candidates selected in interview will be referred for pre employment medical examination. Offer of appointment will be given to those who are deemed medically fit by HRRL and fulfill all the eligibility criteria. The selected officers will be on probation for 1 year from the date of joining.
Candidates may be posted in any Division/ Department of the HRRL at any place in the country and the services thereafter will be transferable as per the requirement. These positions may also involve working in shift duties including night shifts. Selected candidates may also be posted outside HRRL in India or abroad.
