Post Graduate in relevant subject/allied subject (equivalency of which to be determined by equivalent committee) with at least 45% marks (or its equivalent) from recognized University and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from National Council for Teacher Education recognised institution { in accordance with the National Council for Teacher Education (Form of application for recognition, the time limit of submission of application, determination of norms and standards for recognition of teacher education programmes and permission to start a new course or training ) Regulations, 2002 notified on 13.11.2002 and National Council for Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2007 notified on 10.12.2007).

The selection will be made based on the marks obtained in the “Selection Test for Post Graduate Teachers (STPGT)-2022” and the vacancy position as per this notification, subject to the scrutiny of certificates, documents, and mark sheets, as well as the accuracy of the information provided by the candidate in the online application form. Applicants must score at least 50% (75 out of 150) on the test, with a 5% relaxation (68 out of 150) for sc/sr/pH candidates. Candidates will be suggested for employment based on merit, depending on the number of empty positions.
As a result, any candidates who received a minimum score of 75 or 68 (depending on the vacancy) or higher may not be recommended for employment. Obtaining a minimal score (75 or 68, as applicable) does not entitle any candidate to employment.
