Validity of Kerala PSC LGS Ranked List 2025

The Ranked List will remain valid:

• Until a new list is published after at least one year, or
• For a maximum of three years, whichever comes earlier.

Candidates may be advised for appointment from this list based on:

• Vacancy reports received during its validity,
• Reservation and rotation rules, as amended from time to time.

Note: Inclusion in the Ranked List does not guarantee appointment. Remaining candidates at the time of cancellation will have no further claim.

Rechecking of Kerala PSC LGS Answer Scripts

• Revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
• Rechecking is permitted if candidates apply through their One Time Registration (OTR) profile at www.keralapsc.gov.in by paying a fee of ₹85 via e-payment.
• The application period is 15 days from the date of Ranked List upload.
• Applications by any other means will not be accepted.

Request for Photocopy of LGS Answer Sheets – OMR

• Candidates may request a photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheets (Part A & B).
• Application must be submitted online via the OTR profile with a fee of ₹335, payable through e-payment.
• The request period is 15 days from the Ranked List upload date.
• Requests via Email, Tappal, or Direct submission will not be considered.
• Only one copy of the answer sheet will be issued.
• Invalidated answer sheets due to any defect will not be issued.

Community Details in LGS Ranked List

• Declared by the candidates in their Application Forms, and
• Supported with necessary documents.

If any candidate finds that their community has not been correctly noted, they should:

• Inform the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office
• Within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

This is essential to receive the reservation benefits they are entitled to. Failure to report discrepancies in time will result in the candidate being advised as listed in the Ranked List.

Relinquishment of LGS Appointment Right

Any candidate can relinquish their claim for appointment by submitting:

1. A written request duly attested by a Gazetted Officer (State/Central Government)

   • Must include: Signature, Name, Designation, and Office Seal

2. A Notarized affidavit, and
3. A Self-attested copy of a valid photo ID proof (as listed in the general conditions).

Key Conditions:

• Relinquishment requests within 15 days from the date of Ranked List publication will be honored against pending vacancy requisitions.
• After this period, the request will be accepted only if received before the date of receipt of the vacancy on the basis of which the candidate is to be advised.

Rechecking & Photocopy of Kerala PSC LGS OMR Answer Scripts

• Results of rechecking of OMR scripts will be notified in due course.
• Photocopies of OMR answer sheets will be issued only after the publication of the Ranked List.
