- After ten years of service, any applicant might be promoted to Senior Assistant and get a special stipend of INR 18000.
- After 20 years, the candidate will be elevated to the position of Special Assistant and will receive a special allowance of $25,000, which will be considered DRA and HRA.
- After 20 years, the candidate will get a promotion to the post of Special Senior Assistant with an allowance of INR 35000, being considered for HRA and DRA.
- After passing an interview and written test, a candidate who has worked as a Clerk for 30 years can be promoted to Trainee Officer.
- After serving six years under fast track promotion or twelve years under normal track promotion, the candidate can get promotion to Junior Scale Officer Grade 1, after clearing the written test and interview.
SBI Apprentice 2022 Retirement Details

SBI Apprentice 2022 Salary
Every candidate being selected as an apprentice is entitled to a monthly stipend by the State bank of India. As the selected candidate will remain a trainee in SBI for three years, the stipend during these years will also vary accordingly. However, the candidates must keep in mind that they will not be eligible for any other benefits or allowance from SBI other than the monthly stipend. Inhand Salary
The apprentices are eligible for a stipend of 70% of semi-skilled labour wages as applicable in the respective states as per the Apprentices Act of Rs.15000 per month whichever is higher. SBI usually invites Apprentice applications as state-wise recruitment. So if you know the local language of the State then you can apply for the SBI apprentice position across India. Selected candidates have to undergo three years of training under the SBI. The apprentices should be willing to qualify in the examinations of IIBF (JAIIB/CAIIB) during 3 years of apprenticeship engagement in the Bank. SBI will not guarantee any other appointments upon completing the Apprenticeship.
SBI Apprentice 2022 Allowances
There are a lot of allowances that are provided to the beneficiaries of the State Bank of India apprenticeship program. The candidates are provided minimum wage as per the rules and guidelines issued by the State Bank of India for the different branches across the country and the candidates must have proper knowledge related to the perks provided to the employees so that they can take the advantage of the perks without any problem.
