- For the BOB PO 2021, the aspiring candidates will have to undergo a selection process, qualifying in which they will have to indulge in nine months for a course in Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance in Baroda Manipal School of Banking.
- This course basically comprises a 9-month on-campus program.
- Once the students have completed this course, they will be awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Banking and Finance and thereafter they will be offered an appointment for the post of Probationary Officers in various branches of Bank of Baroda all across the country.

BOB PO Salary 2021
The BOB PO Salary structure attracts a multitude of candidates for recruitment. The pay scale is Rs. 23,700-980×7/30,560-1145×2/32,850-1310×7/42,020. Furthermore, a newly recruited Probationary Officer will have a basic pay of Rs. 23,700/- and after completing one year, he/she will be liable to an increment of Rs 980. This increment will be done a total of 7 times until the basic pay reaches Rs. 30560. After which the aspirant will be eligible for an increment of Rs 1145 for two more years. when they reach a salary of Rs. 32850 after the two years, the increment will then increase to an amount of 1310 for the next 7 years till his/her salary reaches Rs. 42020/-. In addition, the probationary officers are also eligible for a number of allowances such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance, Accident Insurance, and LTC, etc.
BOB PO Results 2021
The BOB Probationary Officer Results for the Online Examination will be announced few weeks after the conduction of the Examination. The selected aspirants will be then, called further for attending the Group Discussion and the personal interview. The final selection list will be then released.
