There is requirement for Project Staffs in CESCT or The Centre Of Excellence For Studies in Classical Telugu and Kannada. The Centre of Excellence for studies is a Government of India initiative following awarding of the Classical Status to Telugu and Kannada. CIIL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility criteria
Educational Qualification
Project Director Post (Telugu):
- Doctoral Degree in Literature or Linguistics related to Telugu language,
- Understanding of Central Government rules and regulations are essential to run the CESCT.
- The aspirants should be dynamic, research oriented and able to lead the Centre as per its aims and objectives.
- He/she has to coordinate or supervise minimum 30 senior and junior research scholars,research scholars of doctoral and post-doctoral fellows, Junior Resource Persons and 6 office staff
Senior Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Doctorate degree in Kannada/Telugu Language, Literature and Culture.
or
- Linguistic related Kannada/Telugu Languages with Master in and on the same subjects from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
- Retired persons will be preferred.
Associate Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Doctorate degree in Telugu/Kannada Language, Literature and Culture or Linguistic related Telugu/Kannada Languages with Master’s in and on the same subjects from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
- Retired persons will be preferred.
Office Superintendent (Telugu):
- Any degree from recognized University.
Junior Accounts Officer(Telugu):
- Any degree from recognized University.
Upper Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- Any degree from a recognized university.
Lower Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- Any degree from a recognized university.
Experience
Project Director Post (Telugu):
- A minimum 15 years of research/teaching experience and a minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an educational institution or a reputed organization.
Senior Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized College or University or Institution.
- At least 10 reputed publications and 10 papers in and on Kannada/Telugu Language, preferably in Classical Kannada/Telugu.
- Knowledge of working on computers.
Associate Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized Collegeor University or Institution.
- At least 10 reputed publications and 5 papers in and on Kannada/Telugu especially in Classical Kannada/Telugu
- Knowledge of working on computers.
Office Superintendent (Telugu):
- Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in responsible position in any State/ Central Government office / Autonomous bodies with experience in establishment & Accounts work.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Junior Accounts Officer(Telugu):
- Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in responsible position in any State/ Central Government office / Autonomous bodies with experience in establishment & Accounts work.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Upper Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- 5 years of experience in Accounts or establishment as clerk or assistant.
- Proficiency in English & Telugu/Kannada typing on computer.
- Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS Office.
Lower Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- 2 years of experience in Accounts or establishment as Lower Division clerk or assistant.
- Proficiency in English & Telugu/Kannada typing on computer.
- Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS Office.
Age limit
Project Director Post (Telugu):
- Should not exceed 65 years.
Senior Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Should not exceed 60 years.
Associate Fellow Post (Kannada/Telugu):
- Should not exceed 55 years.
Office Superintendent (Telugu):
- Should not exceed 45 years but may be relaxed up to 62 years for retired personnel.
Junior Accounts Officer (Telugu):
- Should not exceed 45 years but may be relaxed up to 62 years for retired personnel.
Upper Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- Should not exceed 45 years.
Lower Division Clerk (Kannada/Telugu):
- Should not exceed 40 years.
